THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application A-26-03 to permit a reduction to the minimum required front yard setback from 7.5 metres to 4.88 metres to allow for the construction of a dwelling, subject to the following condition: That the dwelling located at 621 B Kuiack Lake Road be constructed prior to the dwelling at 621 A Kuiack Lake Road in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.35 (d) of the Zoning By-law.
