Committee of Adjustment - Minor Variance

That the committee approves Minor Variance application A11-22 to permit a deck expansion within the minimum water setback of Kamaniskeg Lake, subject to the following conditions: 1. That a building permit for the garage be issued within 6 months of the date of this decision. 2. That a sediment barrier be installed between the area of construction and Kamaniskeg Lake prior to and during any construction activities. 3. That the deck be constructed substantially in accordance with the application sketch, and no closer than 16 metres (54 feet) from the high water mark of Kamaniskeg Lake.
