Page 2 of 3 Committee of Adjustment - Minor Variance February 21, 2023 Minutes That the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance application A01/23 to permit an increased height for a private garage from 5.0 metres to 5.4 metres, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the building permit for the proposed garage be issued within 6 months of the date of the Minor Variance decision. 2. That the proposed garage be constructed substantially in accordance with the application sketch which shall be attached to the decision.
