Page 2 of 4 Committee of Adjustment - Minor Variance June 20, 2023 Minutes That the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance application A- 23-03 to permit a reduced lot area from 0.8 hectares to 0.4 hectares for a sleep cabin, and reduced water setback from 30 metres to 13 metres for sitting platform, subject to the following condition: 1. That the sitting platform be a maximum area of 21 square metres (being 4.8 metres x 4.3 metres). 2. That prior to the installation of the sitting platform the existing travel trailer be removed from the property.

THAT the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance application A-23-02 to permit a reduced front yard depth for a storage building from 7.5 metres to 5 metres, subject to the following conditions: 1. THAT the proposed garage be constructed substantially in accordance with the application sketch, which shall be attached to the decision. 2. THAT drainage needs related to the reduced front yard depth be addressed to the satisfaction of the Operations Manager.
