THAT Council approve the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) expenditures as presented in the amount of $18,421.13 (WO# 5979- 3341450; 3247885; 3245565; 3291284; 3245303; 3339441)

THAT Council approve the staff recommendation to award the Water Treatment Plant roof replacement tender (option 2) circulated by Garland DBS Canada Incorporated to the lowest bid- J.G. THAT the Barry's Bay Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes for March 17, 2023, are accepted as presented.

THAT the Combermere Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes for February 7, 2023, be accepted as presented.

Bistro Catering Inc., conditional to the approval of the Renfrew County District Health Unit final inspection and approval of the location and adherence to any imposed conditions.

THAT Council direct the CAO/Clerk to approve the request from the Wilno Tavern and the Royal Canadian Legion for licensing the outdoor patio and confirm with AGCO of the approval; AND THAT the approval is conditional to the review and approval of the Building Department.

THAT Council extend the Meeting curfew by approximately 15 minutes to 2:15 p.m.

THAT the Regular Council Meeting Minutes for April 18, 2023, be approved as presented.

By-Law 2023-38 Being a By-Law to establish a Terms of Reference for the Station Keepers MV and to establish a Memorandum of Understanding between the Township of Madawaska Valley and the Station Keepers MV with respect to the facility use of the Barry’s Bay Railway Station be given first, second and third reading and finally passed this 2nd day of May 2023.

THAT By-Law 2023-39 Being a By-Law to establish the 2023 Tax Rates for The Corporation of The Township of Madawaska Valley be given first, second, and third reading and finally passed this 2nd day of May 2023.
