THAT Council in Committee recommend that Council approve the appointment of Monika Sawaik as Fire Captain for the South Fire Hall.

THAT Council approve staff recommendation to accept the lowest tender for MV2023-13 for the Supply and Delivery of 16 Accessible Outdoor Picnic Tables to Park N Play Designs in the amount of $37,091.12 (HST included); and THAT this be expensed against the Ontario Specific Grants/Recreation 01-4-0030-630060

THAT By-Law 2024-01 Being a By-Law Authorizing the Entering into and the Execution of a Boundary Road Agreement between The Corporation of the Municipality of Hastings Highlands and The Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley be read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 9th day of January 2024
