Development and Property Committee Meeting

THAT the Development and Property Committee Meeting Agenda for Thursday, May 14, 2015 be approved as presented.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend Council review the Planning Justification Report (copy attached) which has been provided by Jp2g Consultants Inc. dated February 23, 2015 and that it is satisfied with the report AND THAT Severance Application File Number B47/15 be approved as applied for, as a rural residential building lot, for the purposes of construction of a single family dwelling, subject to the entering into of a Development Agreement as stipulated in Item 4 of the County of Renfrew Planning Report dated May 4th, 2015.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend Council allow the issuing of a Type 1 Business Licence (non- exclusive) under By-Law 2011-97 to Mobile Pro Shop for the operation of a skate sharpening and repair business on the municipally owned property at 65 Arena Road, Paul J. Yakabuski Community Centre, Barry's Bay at a cost of $500.00 for the year.

RECOMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend Council accept the Barry's Bay Business Improvement Association appointment of the Board of Management: Ted Williamson, Chair Gerard O'Malley, Vice Chair Neil O'Reilly, Treasurer Val Manion, Secretary Derek Yuill - Member at Large Debbie Marshall - Member at Large And direct staff to move the appointment to By-Law.

THAT the Meeting return to Open Session at 11:11 a.m.

THAT the Meeting adjourned at 11:14 a.m.
