THAT the Development and Property Committee Meeting for Tuesday, September 22, 2015 be approved as amended.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend Council review the Planning Report (copy attached) provided by Charles Cheesman, Manager of Planning Services, from the County of Renfrew, AND THAT, Severance application Files B77/15(1) and B78/15(2), be approved as applied for, as a rural residential building lot, provided that all requirements as stipulated in the County of Renfrew Planning Report, dated August 10th, 2015 are favourably addressed.
