RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend to Council to approve Severance Application B41/16, subject to the requirement of a Drainage Easement and the re-zoning of the severed and retained lands from Residential One (R1) to a Residential One Exception (R1- E), to allow for the two (2) dwelling units on the lands to be severed and the reduction of the lot area.
