THAT the Development and Property Committee Meeting Agenda for Thursday, August 25, 2016 be approved as presented.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend to Council that Severance Application B71/16, be approved as applied for as a lot addition, subject to the following condition; THAT an agreement be registered on title in accordance with Section 53(12) and 51(26) of the Planning Act, indicating that the lands to be severed and the lands to be added to which lot was created by severance B80/71 will be conveyed as one parcel in all future transactions and that the agreement is to be registered on title to the subject lands.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend to Council that the Township has no objections to the application to purchase part of a road allowance by Melvin Angus McLeod and Teresa Ann Gall in front of part of Lot 6, Concession 9, in the geographic Township of Radcliffe.
