RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development & Property Committee recommend to Council that Severance Application B72/16, be approved as applied for, as a lot addition, subject to the following conditions: THAT a Development Agreement be entered into in accordance with Sections 53(12) and 51(26) of the Planning Act, indicating that the lands to be severed and the lands to be added to (which lot was created by severance B03/80) will be conveyed as one parcel in all future transactions and that the agreement is to be registered on title to the subject lands; AND THAT the lands to be severed be re-zoned to Limited Service Residential (LSR).

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend to Council that staff be directed to purchase the used portable building from Renfrew County District School Board for municipal purposes, pending a final assessment with CAO/Clerk, Chief Building Official and Chief Fire Official, and final costs are determined as well a comparable/alternate building has been estimated. AND THAT a suitable site is considered adjacent to the Municipal Offices or as otherwise directed by Council.
