RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend to Council to have staff release the necessary documentation for a proposal from Ontario Wholesale Energy AND THAT the proposal and a presentation with emphasize on usage and cost savings be provided at an upcoming Council Meeting.
