THAT the Development and Property Committee Meeting Agenda for Wednesday, March 21, 2018 be approved as amended.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend to Council that Ms. Maggie Linton, 25 Ritza Road must acquire the shoreline road allowance adjacent to her property prior to completing any work on that property.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Development and Property Committee recommend to Council that consideration be given to review By-Law 94-13 (Sherwood, Jones and Burns) in conjunction with By-Law 2013-38 Procedures for the Sale of Land - Shoreline Road Allowance to encompass all of the Township of Madawaska Valley; AND THAT these By-Laws are further discussed at an upcoming Development and Property Committee Meeting.
