THAT the Finance and Administration Committee Meeting Agenda for Monday, April 11, 2016 be approved as amended.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend Council approve a 50% reduction to the municipal portion of the 2016 property tax bill for the Royal Canadian Legion.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance Committee recommend to Council to accept the 2015 Municipal Audit Management Letter as information.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend Council adopt the Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council to apply an adjustment to the council remuneration by- law in the amount of 1.5% to reflect the 2015 Consumer Price Index and submit the updated by-law for consideration; AND THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council to apply an adjustment to the staff and officer remuneration by-law in the amount of 1.5% to reflect the 2015 Consumer Price Index and submit the updated by-law for consideration.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that the Township of Madawaska Valley enter into a Master Communication Agreement with Bell Canada in relation to EORN RFP P-01-2015 - for the provision of high speed internet services to Township locations; and THAT a by-law be passed to authorize the CAO/Clerk and Mayor to enter into a Master Communication Agreement with Bell Canada.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council they approve Human Resource Policy Draft - Staffing A-10 policy as amended.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council they approve a $2 million liability special occasion insurance on rentals at the Community Centres.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council to forgive the 2014 Supplementary billing in the amount of $1.80 and 2015 Supplementary billing in the amount of $28.49 applied to Roll No. 47 26 026 020 18051 0000.
