THAT the Finance and Administration Committee Meeting Agenda for Friday, September 8, 2017 be approved as amended.

Finance and Administration Committee Meeting - September 08, 2017 RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that Councillor Bromwich is appointed to the Lakeshore Tennis Club Committee of Council.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council to proceed to request the two month extension from the Ontario Trillium Foundation granting authority based on the plan presented in the September 8, 2017 Madawaska Valley Fitness Centre Report.

THAT the Meeting enter In-Camera Session at 9:42 a.m. to discuss matters pertaining to "personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees", Ontario Municipal Act 2011, c.25, s.239 (2)(b). 1. Human Resource Issue.

THAT the Meeting return to Open Session at 12:18 p.m.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council to direct the CAO/Clerk to respond to Bev Moore and acknowledge the submitted resignations, thanking them for their past service on the Lakeshore Tennis Club executive and request that the new executives are identified and contact information is provided.
