THAT the Finance and Administration Committee Meeting Agenda for December 11, 2017 be approved as presented.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend to Council that they provide the operating installments of $18,500.00/month to the Madawaska Valley Public Library until the Township of Madawaska Valley 2018 Budget has been passed. RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Finance and Administration Committee recommend Council approve a 50% reduction to the Municipal portion of the 2017 property tax bill for the Royal Canadian Legion.

THAT the Meeting enter In-Camera Session at 4:37 p.m. to discuss matters pertaining to "personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees"; "advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose", Ontario Municipal Act 2011, c.25, s.239 (2)(b)(f). 1.
