THAT the Human Resource Committee Meeting Agenda for August 16, 2013 be approved with the following amendment to move 6.2 - Recreation and Community Development Coordinator Position to In-Camera Session, Item 7.3 and adding Mayor Shulist as an additional speaker to Item 6.4 and 6.5. 4. Delegation - None 5. New Business - None 6. Old Business 6.1 August 6, 2013 Regular Council Meeting Delegation Request - Councillor Neuman RE: Clarification from the Mayor regarding justification of delegation request at the August 6, 2013 Regular Council Meeting Councillor Neuman questioned Mayor Shulist on his decision to accept a delegation at the table at the August 6, 2013 Regular Council Meeting, after directing staff to have the delegates attend a Committee Meeting. Mayor Shulist explained that he felt he had the authority to make that decision and that the public should have the opportunity to speak to Council when they request. Committee
