RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Operations Committee recommend Council direct Mr. Joe Hall, RediRecycling to provide a report on the costs associated with developing a Household Hazardous Waste Depot at the Bark Lake Waste Site versus several Household Hazardous Waste Days, (AMENDED February 1, 2016, Regular Council Meeting) once costs for the report, if applicable, have been determined and approved by Council.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Operations Committee recommend that Council direct Staff to draft a letter to the County of Renfrew, Operations Committee, to request that Dafoe Road is considered for upgrading and shouldering; Operations Committee Meeting - January 14, 2016 AND THAT Staff send a letter to Mr. Stewart advising him that Dafoe Road is a County of Renfrew road and Council is requesting that a solution is sought.
