THAT Council approve the following recommendations for BIE-File 2020-07 Tomasz Bielecki and Barbara Ania Bielecki that a site plan agreement be implemented to include the mitigation measures and best management practices from the scoped Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); AND THAT the EIA is to be included in any future purchases; AND THAT as outlined in the EIA, if the old cottage is demolished, the new single detached dwelling must meet the minimum 30 metre water setback to Wadsworth Lake; AND THAT the Applicants enter into an Agreement with the Municipality setting out the aforementioned, which Agreement is to be registered on title to the subject property, prior to the issuance of a Building Permit.
