THAT By-Law 2013-55 Being a By-Law to accept the quotation from, Christie and Walther, with respect to the provision of Radio Telecommunication Services for the Township, and to authorize the execution of a Lease Agreement - Rental Contract #244999, with RCAP Leasing Inc. be given first and second reading this 17th day of June, 2013.

THAT By-Law 2013-57 Being a By-Law to authorize the entering into and execution of a Phase 2 Funding Agreement with the Recycling Council of Ontario and The Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley, with respect to the operation of a Selected Household Hazardous Waste Program within the Township be given first and second reading this 17th day of June 2013.

THAT By-Law 2013-57 Being a By-Law to authorize the entering into and execution of a Phase 2 Funding Agreement with the Recycling Council of Ontario and The Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley, with respect to the operation of a Regular Council - June 17, 2013 Selected Household Hazardous Waste Program within the Township be given third and final reading this 17th day of June 2013.

THAT Council approve the Opeongo Seniors Centre hosting a Beer Tent at the 9th Annual Fish Fry on Saturday, July 13, 2013.

THAT Council approve, upon receipt of the Donation Policy Request, form that the back of the lobby and the upstairs lounge be provided free of charge on August 24th, 2013 to Granite Anvil.

THAT Council approve the Lakeshore Tennis Club weekly membership fee of $25.00 plus a $20.00 key deposit refundable once returned and a membership guest fee of $5.00/day/person (HST included)

THAT Council approve the Beach Volleyball Application for Donation Request Form as presented.
