THAT By-law 2023-11 Being a By-law to establish procedures for the sale of land be read a first, second, third and finally passed this 21 day of February 2023.

THAT the Township of Madawaska Valley supports the Town of Petrolia to request that School Boards become responsible for conducting their own Trustee Elections, or at a minimum, municipalities are compensated by the School Boards for overseeing such Trustee elections; AND THAT this resolution is forwarded to the Town of Petrolia. THAT the Township of Madawaska Valley supports the City of Thunder Bay with respect to the Memorandum from Councillor Kristen Oliver, Chair-Inter-Governmental Affairs Committee, dated January 3, 2023; supporting the passing of Bill 42 - Gender Affirming Health Care Act; AND THAT a copy of this resolution is sent to the City of Thunder Bay.
