THAT By-Law 2026-09 Being a By-Law to adopt the amendments to the Community Safety and Wellbeing Plan be read a first and second time this 21st day of January 2026. Councilor Blank commented that the unemployment rate in the Township was high in 2021. She listed a few organizations that were missing from the document that provide a service, some were schools and old age homes/manors. The CAO/Clerk advised that the specific section
