RECOMMENDATION: THAT Severance Application B43/13, Lenc, Miroslaw, Part of Lot 27, Concession 7, in the geographic Township of Jones now in the Township of Madawaska Valley, in the County of Renfrew (99m x 109m - 0.8 ha.) be approved as applied for to sever a 1.97 acre parcel of land as a rural residential building lot, to be used for residential purposes subject to i) the municipality conveying the 0.3 metre reserve to the applicant.
