Special Council Meeting

THAT the Special Council Meeting Agenda for Thursday, August 25, 2016 be approved as presented.

THAT the Meeting enter In-Camera Session at 10:50 a.m. to discuss matters pertaining to "personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees"; "a matter in respect of which a council, board, committee or other body may hold a closed meeting under another Act", Ontario Municipal Act 2011, c.25, s.239 (2)(b)(g). 1. Business Proposal - Letter of Support

THAT the Meeting return to open session at 11:38 a.m.

THAT Council provide a letter of support to the Bush Pilot Brewing Company for their application to purchase land currently owned by the Province of Ontario.

THAT By-Law 2016-84 Being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley at a Special Council Meeting of August 25th, 2016 be given first and second reading this 25th day of August 2016.
