THAT the Special Council Meeting Agenda for Tuesday, February 6, 2018 be approved as presented.

THAT the Meeting enter In-Camera Session at 3:25 p.m. to discuss matters pertaining to “labour relations or employee negotiations”; “a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information, supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization”; Ontario Municipal Act 2011, c.25, s.239 (2)(d)(i)(k). 1.
