Special Council Meeting

THAT the Special Council Meeting Agenda for Wednesday, February 28, 2018 be approved as presented.

THAT By-Law 2018-26 Being a By-Law for the appointment of an Acting Clerk be given first and second reading on this 28th day of February, 2018.

THAT By-Law 2018-26 Being a By-Law for the appointment of an Acting Clerk be given third and final reading on this 28th day of February, 2018.

THAT By-Law 2018-27 Being a By-Law to appoint the Acting Clerk as the Administrator of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for The Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley be given first and second reading this 28th day of February, 2018.

THAT By-Law 2018-27 Being a By-Law to appoint the Acting Clerk as the Administrator of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for The Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley be given third and final reading this 28th day of February, 2018.

THAT council deems the St. Patrick's Day Celebrations being held by the Combermere Recreation Committee from 2:00 p.m. on March 17, 2018 to 1:00 a.m. on March 18, 2018 as a Municipally Significant Event.

THAT the Township of Hasting Highlands and the Township of Madawaska Valley draft Automatic Aid Agreement be forwarded to the Municipal Lawyer for review and comment.

THAT By-Law 2018-28 Being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley at a Special Council Meeting of February 28th, 2018 be given first and second reading this 28th day of February 28, 2018.
