Special Council Meeting

THAT the Special Council Meeting Agenda for Tuesday, May 15, 2018 be approved as amended.

THAT Council authorize staff to provide up to $2000 to the Madawaska Valley Horticultural Society for expenses and flowers for the beautification of the Township.

That Council direct that the 2018 Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund- Formula Component grant in the amount of $115,572 be utilized to fund the additional Old Barry’s Bay Road project.

THAT the Meeting enter In-Camera Session to discuss matters pertaining to the "security of the property of the Municipality or local board", Ontario Municipal Act 2011, c.25, s.239 (2)(a). 1. Lakeshore Tennis Club Memorandum of Understanding Update 2. Mission House Museum

THAT the Meeting return to Open Session at 2:59 p.m.

THAT Council provide a free tennis weekend at the Lakeshore Tennis Courts from May 18 to May 21, 2018 (inclusive).

THAT By-Law 2018-59 Being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley at a Special Council Meeting of May 15th, 2018 be given first and second reading this 15th day of May 2018.

THAT By-Law 2018-59 Being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Madawaska Valley at a Special Council Meeting of May 15th, 2018 be given third and final reading this 15th day of May 2018.

THAT the Meeting adjourn at 3:01 p.m.
