THAT the Special Council Meeting Agenda for November 27, 2023 be approved as amended to provide correspondence from Nick Shulist and Dana Blosser.

THAT Council table the decision to provide concurrence for the site selection C8616 at this meeting and request that Rogers provide a revised submission at an upcoming Council meeting with consideration of access off of Dafoe Road in lieu of Micks Road; and THAT consideration be given with the distance further of the base of the tower to residents and provide Council with their final submission for a concurrence letter to be reviewed.
