Water and Wastewater Committee Meeting

THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee Meeting Agenda for Friday, February 20, 2015 be approved as amended adding email from Jason Hagan, LAS Program Manager as Item 5.1, Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) Cost Plus Variance Report as Item 6.3 and a verbal report regarding the septage unit and efficiencies as Item 6.4, and descending the current items appropriately.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee recommend Council accept the 2014 Annual Water Report prepared by Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) for the Barry's Bay Drinking Water System as presented.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee recommend that Council adopt the services of D.M. Wills Associates Limited to develop and provide a water financial plan at the specified fee of $9,800 as per the quotation received on January 29, 2015 for the purpose of a Municipal Drinking Water Licence Renewal.

THAT the Meeting recess at 3:13 p.m.
