Water and Wastewater Committee Meeting

THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee Agenda for Tuesday, August 11, 2015 be approved as amended.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee recommend: 1. THAT Council decrease the consumptive volume on which Water and Wastewater rates are calculated from 122,000 cubic meters to 110,000 cubic meters. 2. THAT Council adopt the 2015 Water and Wastwater Budgets as presented with a metered billing requirement of $495,204 for the Water System and $476,300 for the Wastewater System. 3. THAT Council establish and adopt the following per cubic metre rates: Water Rate - $4.50 Wastewater Rate - $4.33 Water and Wastewater Committee Meeting - August 11, 2015 and the By-Law adopting these budgets and establishing the rates be enacted to be effective July 1, 2015.

THAT the Meeting enter In-Camera Session at 12:23 p.m. to discuss matters pertaining to "personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees", Ontario Municipal Act 2011, c.25, s.239 (2)(b). 1. Volunteer Member Composition

THAT the Meeting return to Open Session at 12:33 pm.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee recommend Council approve the following volunteer member for the Water and Wastewater Committee and proceed to By-Law: David Afelskie
