THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee Meeting Agenda for Wednesday, February 3, 2016 be approved as presented.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee recommend Council table the Madawaska Valley Public Library request for a water/wastewater leak adjustment until the next water/wastewater billing has occurred.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee recommend to Council that the Municipally occupied facilities are exempt from the leak adjustment policy.

RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Water and Wastewater Committee recommend Council direct staff to review the costs of replacing water meters, installation costs and associated administration costs; AND THAT staff provide a draft by-law reflecting the revision of wording on the current Water Metering By-Law in regards to customer requests to have the water meter changed.
