THAT Councillor Kulas is appointed to Chair the July 2, 2013 Regular Council Meeting.

THAT the Regular Council Meeting Agenda for July 2, 2013 be approved as amended removing Item 8.3 - Roads, Property and Planning Committee Meeting Minutes - In-Camera of June 20, 2012. Regular Council - July 02, 2013

THAT the 2012 Audited Financial Statements are received as presented.

THAT the Regular Council Meeting Minutes of June 17, 2013 be approved as presented.

THAT the Water, Wastewater, Waste Management Committee Meeting Minutes of June 19, 2013 be approved as presented with the following recommendations: 1. THAT the Water, Wastewater, Waste Management Committee recommend Council approve rescinding Water Metering By-Law 2013-13 and update it with one that delegates staff to handle requests regarding additional meters. Regular Council - July 02, 2013 AND THAT the Owner of 28 Inglis Street is provided permission to obtain a second meter, with all costs incurred for installation and meter are the Owner's responsibility, as well as verification is provided from the Township's Plumber that the meters installed are appropriately metering both the business and the resident. 2. THAT the Water, Wastewater, Waste Management Committee recommend to Council that the Water, Wastewater, Waste Management Committee Meeting Minutes of May 15th, 2013 be added to the July 2, 2013 Regular Council Meeting for review. 3. THAT the Water, Wastewater, Waste Management Committee recommend Council approve the August 6, 2013, Regular Council Meeting be moved to the Paul J. Yakabuski Community Centre.

THAT the Roads, Property and Planning Committee Meeting Minutes of June 20, 2013 be approved as presented with the following recommendations: 1. THAT the Roads, Property and Planning Committee recommend that Council approve the Ontario Federation of Snowmobiles Clubs Prescribed Snowmobile Trail Land Use Permission Memorandum of Understanding for repairs to Trail E109. 2. THAT the Roads, Property and Planning Committee recommend Council approve severance application File Number B64/13, Alphonse Kuiack and Hedwig Kuiack, Part of Lot 1, Concession 2, in the geographic Township of Sherwood, now in the Township of Madawaska Valley, in the County of Renfrew (72m/335m x 402.3m - 16.18ha.) as application to sever a 40 acre parcel of land to be used as a rural residential building lot. 3. THAT the Roads, Property and Planning Committee recommend Council approve severance application File Number B189/12(1), B190/12(2) and B191/12(3), Bark Lake Waterfront Lots Ltd., Parts of Lots 10, Concession 6, in the geographic Township of Jones, now in the Township of Madawaska Valley, in the County of Renfrew to sever three seasonal residential lots together with a right-of-way for access, B89/12(1) is proposed to be 1.38 acres in size, B190/12(2) is proposed to be 1.63 acres in size and B191/12(3) is proposed to be 1.87 acres in size as applied for, subject to the requirement of drainage easements, as noted in the comment from the Operations Manager and the Chief Building Official. 4. THAT the Recreation, Heritage and Community Economic Development Committee Meeting Minutes of June 27, 2013 be approved as presented with the following recommendations: 1. THAT the Recreation, Heritage and Community Economic Development Committee recommend Council approve the repairs to the roof at the Paul J. Yakabuski Community Centre provided established policy is followed. 2. THAT the Recreation, Heritage and Community Economic Development Committee recommend Council provide garbage containers for the Wilno Heritage Park and provide garbage pickup for the Canada Day Festivities only. 3.
